WHAT IS SHILAJIT?

Our shilajit is from the Altai Mountains in Siberia. During the summer months, shilajit is naturally secreted from high elevation mountains in the form of a tar. Unlike most other forms available, we offer ours in an easy-to-take tablet form that allows for easy dosage. No sticky fingers or mess; or having to melt down the product in hot water

Most shilajit that is available on the market today, is not high quality, sometimes even containing harmful impurities, and even marketed as authentic, when it is actually a completely different substance all together. SUGGESTED USAGE:

Each tablet is 200 mg. A good starting dose would be two tablets per day taken with a meal.
